Postage and Returns Policy

Currently delivery is only to mainland UK.

I use Royal Mail and/or the courier companies.

Most orders are shipped using Evril 2nd class at a cost of £3.10. I have absorbed some of this, though as a small business I cannot absorb it all...

For larger parcels over 2kg the cheapest option is a national courier.

I want to be fair and keep shipping as low as possible and in the majority of cases your shipping will be the same whether you order 1 item or 5, so why not stock up on your gift basket and order more items for the cost of posting one!

Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy as follows:

Where goods are faulty please make contact via email to discuss the best course of action. Your custom is important to Smood Moods we will always try and accommodate your wishes.

Where faulty goods are returned, a full refund will be made upon receipt less any postage costs  incurred by Smood Moods.

There may be occasions where a duplicate is sent out to you without a return. This is at our discretion and will be with your agreement.

If you decide you just do not want the item then we will accept a return within 14 days and will refund upon receipt of the undamaged item but the refund will not include your postage costs.
